Authors who publish in Mahakarya Journal of Health Sciences (MJHS) retain the copyright of their work. By submitting and publishing a manuscript, authors grant MJHS a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the article permanently available through the journal website and recognized indexing and archiving services.

Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts do not infringe any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of third parties.
