Mahakarya Journal of Health Sciences (MJHS) is committed to providing a transparent and affordable publication process for authors.

Submission Fee

Free

Authors are not charged any fee for manuscript submission or initial editorial evaluation.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Indonesian Rupiah) is payable only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer review process, been accepted by the Editorial Board, and is ready for publication.

Authors whose manuscripts are rejected at any stage of the editorial or peer review process will not be charged any publication fee.

What the APC Covers

The publication fee supports the journal's editorial and publishing activities, including:

  • Editorial management

  • Double-blind peer review administration

  • Copyediting and proofreading

  • Layout editing and typesetting

  • Online publication through the OJS platform

  • Long-term digital archiving

  • DOI registration (where applicable)

  • Journal website maintenance and publishing infrastructure

Payment Procedure

Payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has received an official Acceptance Letter (LOA) from the Editorial Office.

Authors are requested not to make any payment before receiving official notification of manuscript acceptance.

Refund Policy

All publication fees that have been paid are non-refundable once the article has entered the publication process, except in cases determined by the Editorial Board.
